Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Ads Expert to join our digital marketing team. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to drive client acquisition and maximize ROI. Your expertise in campaign management, audience targeting, and performance analysis will be crucial to our clients' success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid advertising strategies across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns to achieve client KPIs and maximize ROI
  • Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and competitive research
  • Create and test compelling ad copy and creative assets
  • Set up and manage conversion tracking and analytics implementation
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular performance reports
  • Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and audience targeting
  • Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation
  • Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and industry trends
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to create high-converting ad creatives

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising and PPC management
  • Proven track record of managing successful ad campaigns
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other advertising platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics
  • Experience with conversion tracking and pixel implementation
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and how they complement paid advertising
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Experience with budget management and ROI optimization
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar

Nice to Have

  • Experience with programmatic advertising
  • Knowledge of e-commerce advertising strategies
  • Experience with LinkedIn, TikTok, or Pinterest advertising
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
