We seek a Paid Media Expert, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive paid media strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and overall business growth. This role requires a deep understanding of various paid advertising channels, data analysis, and a creative approach to optimizing campaigns for maximum impact.

Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement paid media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.

Campaign Management:

  • Create, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.
  • Monitor and adjust campaign budgets, targeting parameters, and creative elements to maximize ROI.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Implement conversion tracking and attribution models to measure the effectiveness of paid media efforts.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage budgets for paid media campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Monitor spending against budget and make adjustments as necessary to optimize campaign performance.

Stay Current with Industry Trends:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in advertising platforms.
  • Recommend and implement new strategies and tools to stay ahead of the competition.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including content creators, designers, and marketing managers, to ensure cohesive and integrated campaigns.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on campaign performance and recommending adjustments as needed.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure compliance with advertising policies and guidelines on each platform.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and adherence to best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and advertising platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in using analytics and advertising platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager).
  • Certifications in relevant advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads Certification) is a plus.

Education and Experience:

  • Ensure compliance with advertising policies and guidelines on each platform.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and adherence to best practices.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Paid Media Expert / Ads Expert
