Job Description

We are seeking a creative and versatile Content Creator to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for developing engaging content across multiple platforms including social media, blogs, videos, and email campaigns. Your ability to tell compelling stories and create content that resonates with our audience will be key to driving brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter)
• Write and edit blog posts, articles, and website content
• Develop video content for YouTube, social media, and marketing campaigns
• Create visual content including graphics, infographics, and short-form videos
• Develop content strategies aligned with brand voice and marketing goals
• Collaborate with marketing team to plan and execute content calendars
• Monitor content performance and optimize based on analytics
• Stay updated with content trends and platform algorithm changes
• Create email marketing content and newsletters
• Engage with online community and respond to comments/messages

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in content creation or social media management
• Strong portfolio demonstrating content creation skills
• Excellent writing and storytelling abilities
• Experience with social media platforms and content trends
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Rush, or similar)
• Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Understanding of content analytics and performance metrics
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Nice to Have

• Experience with photography and photo editing
• Knowledge of SEO and content optimization
• Experience with content management systems
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms
• Experience with live streaming and video hosting
• Knowledge of influencer marketing and collaborations
• Understanding of brand storytelling and tone of voice
• Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social insights)
• Background in journalism or creative writing
