Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and products. Your role will be crucial in enhancing brand awareness, driving web traffic, and acquiring leads/customers through various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies
  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Create and execute email marketing campaigns and automation workflows
  • Develop and manage social media marketing strategy across multiple platforms
  • Create engaging content for digital platforms including blog posts, videos, and infographics
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities
  • Optimize landing pages and user funnels for conversion rate optimization
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling marketing materials
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Proven experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and other analytics tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with content management systems and marketing automation
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and technologies

Nice to Have

  • Google Ads or Google Analytics certification
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic web updates
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot CRM)
  • Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Experience with video marketing and YouTube optimization
  • Knowledge of marketing attribution models
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
  • Understanding of marketing funnel optimization
