Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Email Marketing Expert to join our digital marketing team. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and customer loyalty. Your expertise in email strategy, segmentation, automation, and performance analysis will be crucial to our clients' success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies and campaigns
• Create and manage email automation workflows and customer journey mapping
• Design and execute A/B tests to optimize email performance and conversion rates
• Manage email list segmentation, growth, and hygiene strategies
• Write compelling email copy and create engaging email templates
• Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics and KPIs
• Ensure email compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other regulations
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create visually appealing emails
• Develop lead nurturing sequences and onboarding email series
• Stay updated with email marketing trends, best practices, and platform updates

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing and automation
• Proven track record of managing successful email marketing campaigns
• Expertise in email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.)
• Strong understanding of email deliverability best practices
• Experience with email list segmentation and personalization strategies
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization
• Analytical skills with experience in email performance analysis
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
• Understanding of email compliance regulations
