Front-End Developer (React.js)

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Front-End Developer with expertise in React.js to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for developing user-facing features, ensuring technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, and optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new user-facing features using React.js
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
• Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability
• Implement responsive design and ensure cross-browser compatibility
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience with React.js
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and JavaScript object model
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
• Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript
• Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools

Nice to Have

• Experience with TypeScript
• Knowledge of isomorphic React
• Experience with server-side rendering
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL
• Knowledge of modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS, Styled Components)
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
• Familiarity with code versioning tools (Git)
