Graphic Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our design team. You will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs for both digital and print media, including branding materials, marketing collateral, social media graphics, and website elements that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Create compelling visual designs for digital and print materials
• Develop brand identities, logos, and style guides
• Design marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, and banners
• Create social media graphics and digital advertisements
• Design website elements, icons, and illustrations
• Prepare files for print production and digital publishing
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create cohesive designs
• Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all design projects
• Stay updated with design trends and industry best practices
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with digital design tools (Figma, Sketch)
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Knowledge of print production processes and specifications
• Experience creating designs for both web and print
• Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Strong time management and organizational skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with motion graphics and animation
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles
• Experience with video editing software (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Understanding of HTML/CSS basics
• Experience with 3D modeling or illustration
• Knowledge of packaging design
• Experience with photography and photo editing
• Familiarity with marketing and advertising principles
• Experience working in agency environment
