UI/UX Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our creative team. You will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and experiences for our digital products. Your designs will bridge the gap between user needs and business goals, ensuring our products are both beautiful and functional.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement designs
• Create user flows, journey maps, and information architecture
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
• Stay updated with design trends and emerging technologies
• Ensure designs are accessible and comply with WCAG guidelines
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Experience with prototyping tools (Figma, InVision, Proto.io)
• Understanding of user-centered design principles
• Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first approaches
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Strong visual design skills with attention to typography and layout
• Understanding of front-end development principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with motion design and micro-interactions
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic front-end development
• Experience designing for SaaS products
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
• Experience with accessibility design and WCAG guidelines
• Knowledge of data visualization and dashboard design
• Experience with 3D design or AR/VR interfaces
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with design thinking workshops
