Responsibilities:

Video Design:

  • Conceptualize and design eye-catching and dynamic short-form videos tailored for various social media platforms, ensuring they align with our brand aesthetics and goals.

Visual Storytelling:

  • Translate marketing messages and concepts into compelling visual narratives that effectively engage and resonate with our social media audience.

Motion Graphics:

  • Integrate motion graphics, text overlays, animations, and visual effects to enhance the appeal and storytelling of videos.

Platform Optimization:

  • Adapt video content to fit the requirements and best practices of different social media platforms, considering aspect ratios, durations, and engagement tactics.

Trend Awareness:

  • Stay up-to-date with current social media trends, design techniques, and emerging platforms to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.

Collaborative Ideation:

  • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm and generate creative ideas for video campaigns and initiatives

Asset Management:

  • Organize and manage video files, graphics, and other media assets, maintaining a structured library for easy access and retrieval

Feedback Incorporation:

  • Accept and implement feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and enhance video content.

Deadline Adherence:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely
    delivery of high-quality video content that meets campaign schedules.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Utilize video editing and graphic design software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop, to create professional-quality videos.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in video content design and editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and expertise.
  • Proficiency in video editing software, motion graphics tools, and graphic design software.
  • Solid understanding of various social media platforms, their unique requirements, and best practices for engagement.
  • Creative flair with the ability to think visually and bring innovative ideas to life through video content.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to convey messages concisely within short form videos.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a creative team.
  • Adaptability to evolving trends and willingness to experiment with new video formats and techniques

Education and Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, film production, digital media, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Video Editor.
  • Equivalent work experience and a robust portfolio will also be considered.
