Job Description

We are seeking a creative and skilled Video Editor to join our production team. You will be responsible for editing compelling video content for various platforms including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns. Your expertise in storytelling through video will help bring our brand stories to life and engage our audience across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit video content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with creative team to develop video concepts and storyboards
• Color correct and grade footage to maintain visual consistency
• Add motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance videos
• Sync and mix audio, including voiceovers, music, and sound effects
• Optimize videos for different platforms and formats
• Manage video assets and maintain organized file structures
• Stay updated with video trends and emerging editing techniques
• Work with multiple video formats and codecs
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality video content

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Experience with color grading software (DaVinci Resolve preferred)
• Strong understanding of video codecs, formats, and compression
• Knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects
• Experience with audio editing and mixing
• Portfolio demonstrating video editing skills and creativity
• Understanding of social media video requirements and best practices
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
• Excellent attention to detail and creative storytelling skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with 3D animation software (Cinema 4D, Blender)
• Knowledge of camera operation and shooting techniques
• Experience with live streaming and multicamera editing
• Familiarity with Adobe Audition for audio post-production
• Experience with virtual reality or 360-degree video editing
• Knowledge of video SEO and optimization techniques
• Experience working with brand guidelines and style guides
• Understanding of video analytics and performance metrics
• Experience in agency or production house environment
